How does client-side processing work?
When you upload an invoice, all processing happens in your browser using JavaScript. Your data never leaves your device. We only see anonymous usage metrics (like "user completed allocation").
Which invoice formats do you support?
We support CSV exports from OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI. If you have a format we don't support, email us and we'll add it.
How do I set up cost centers?
After uploading your first invoice, you can create allocation rules that map project IDs or API key prefixes to your cost centers. These rules are saved and applied automatically to future uploads.
Can I import the journal entry directly into NetSuite?
Yes! The journal entry CSV is formatted specifically for NetSuite CSV import. Go to Transactions > Import CSV/Excel and select the file. All required fields are included.
What does the confidence score mean?
The confidence score indicates what percentage of line items were allocated using direct matches or rules vs. default fallbacks. A 97% confidence means only 3% of items used the default allocation.
Is my data stored anywhere?
For the invoice analyzer: No, your invoice data is processed client-side and never stored. For the Gateway: request metadata is logged (but not prompts/responses by default) to enable cost attribution.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, email support@finault.ai and we'll refund you in full.
